Why subscribe?

Because this a fun, messy, honest, vulnerable, over-sharing holiday card you receive twice a month from your crazy auntie! This! But seriously. If you need more reasons to subscribe, let’s try this:

Because I miss you. I miss connection. I long to connect directly and personally with you, in the writing, in the work, in the love, in the exchange, in the life. I long for it deep in my bones. And social media often makes me feel less connected, even though it reminds me when it’s your birthday…

So let’s just do this, shall we? I need to self-impose writing deadlines to keep up my writing practice. It’s just how I work. I’m finding process way more exciting than any product lately. So let’s meet where it feels good, since pleasure is my word of the year. Twice a month. Because weekly is too much and monthly is for the moon and periods.

Love, Baby Luck
